Gideon’s Bakehouse is famous for their incredible cookies and cakes, as well as the lines that people will wait in to get them! They recently brought back their peanut butter chocolate chip cookie (which had a short run due to the peanut butter recall), some Halloween flavors in the middle of spring, and some toffee flavored goodness! One of the most exclusive Gideon’s treats just got a little easier to get!
Gideon’s has a delicious coffee cake cookie that you can only get after dark, but for today only, everyone can get their hands on it (until they run out, that is)! The Morning and Evening (vanilla and chocolate) coffee cake cookies will be available at Gideon’s TODAY, May 31st from 10AM until they sell out!

There aren’t any preorders available, and you can only get 2 cookies per person, so head over to Disney Springs if you want to try these limited edition cookies!

The Evening Cookie also has a super cool backstory! Pipistrello is a young vampire who loves the treats at Gideon’s but he could never try the coffee cake cookie that was only available in the morning because he can’t go in the sunlight, so they made the dark coffee cake cookie just for him available after sundown!
