PHOTOS: An Updated Look at the Guardians of the Galaxy Ride Coming Soon to EPCOT!

Disney has been releasing SO much info lately about the new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coming to EPCOT!

We’ve gotten a look at the queue, the loading area, the entrance, and more. And, Disney World just released a video teasing a potential opening date announcement coming soon. We are so eager for this ride to open, so let’s take a look at the construction progress outside of the ride right now!

The outside entrance to the ride has had the GIANT spaceship in place for a while now, but we noticed that there have been a lot of plants added around the area. This is what it looked like a few weeks ago…

…and here’s what it looks like now! Those pink ones look like they could be from another planet, right? We even got a closer look at these plants being installed in a video from Imagineers.

We also noticed these interesting markings around the ship on the ground. Do you see them to the right of the ship? It looks like some kind of design that’s being worked on!

We could even see these designs potentially being worked on a few days ago.

We see more and more progress every time we check out the area, which now looks pretty far along. Hopefully work is wrapping up so we can get on this ride soon!
