FIRST LOOK At The NEW Pop Up Treat Shop Inside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!

Spring is in full swing over in Disney World and there is so much to do and see!

We’re experiencing everything Disney has to offer for St. Patrick’s Day, and who could forget the 2022 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival?! But today, we spotted ANOTHER springtime surprise that is brand new this year — let’s check it out!

Every year around Easter, we can rely on Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to roll out an EPIC display of decorated Easter eggs. And, while we’re expecting these to come back again, now you’ll be able to EAT some chocolate too at The Grand Cottage!

You may know of the Grand Floridian’s GIANT gingerbread house they create every year around the holidays — well, this all-new shop in the Grand Flo lobby is pretty similar, just with seasonal springtime snacks instead!

The shop doesn’t open up officially until tomorrow, but we were able to stop by today to get a peek at the menu! It looks like we’ll be treated to things like a Crispy Cereal Egg, Raspberry Minnie Fudge, a Baby Chick Lemon Cupcake, Confetti Cake Flavored Popcorn, and more!

Plus, the classic Easter Hot Cross Bun has returned at the top of the menu! This fresh bun is traditionally served warm and features cinnamon and raisins inside.

And, we couldn’t forget about those Grand Eggs! These are more than just your average chocolate egg (as they should be considering they cost $18 a piece!) — the dark chocolate egg is actually filled with jelly beans!

The Grand Cottage will be open daily from 9:30AM to 5PM beginning March 18th through April 18th, so be sure to plan to stop over at the Grand Floridian if you’re visiting! And, we’ll be making our own visit to give all these treats a try so stay tuned to DFB for a review!
