There’s a LOT going on in Disney’s Animal Kingdom and we made sure that we spotted alllll the fun. Let’s check out everything NEW in food, construction, and merchandise!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

Zuri’s Sweets Shop

Let’s start with the food news! You KNOW that’s our favorite. Over at Zuri’s Sweets Shop in Africa, there were a few additions to the bakery case like this tasty-looking Caramel Butter Bar for $4.49.

Pecan fans will be pleased to spot this Pecan Cluster for $4.49 too! Both of these caramel treats are the same ones you can snag over at Karamell-Kuche in EPCOT!

AND, check out this PHOTOGENIC S’mores Rice Krispie for $5.49. We HAD to give this treat a try.

Unfortunately, this krispie wasn’t QUITE as tasty as it looks. Still, if you love s’mores, it might be up your alley.

Animal Kingdom Construction Updates

DinoLand U.S.A.

We don’t have anything SUPER new to report when it comes to construction, but we DID take a spin on TriceraTop Spin to get a view of the currently vacant spot where Primeval Whirl has been removed. We can’t WAIT to see if something cool comes to this area.

Island Mercantile

Now, on to the merchandise! Over at Island Mercantile, we spotted a 50th Anniversary Reusable Silicone Straw for $9.99.

Nearby, Discovery Trading Co. had a FASHIONABLE Kids’ Minnie Denim Jacket for $49.99.
