REVIEW: You're Walking Right Past the BEST Soft Serve at EPCOT's Flower & Garden Festival

It’s time to check out an EPCOT Festival staple — Refreshment Outpost!

Today is the first day of the 2022 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, and while Refreshment Outpost is open all year in EPCOT, they usually have exclusive snacks when EPCOT’s festivals roll around! Let’s check out what they’re offering this year.

You’ll find Refreshment Outpost in EPCOT’s World Showcase, between the China and Germany pavilions.

They’ve got some specialty festival eats this year, and we can’t wait to dig in.

Food

The Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning is back! This dish is a speared pineapple topped with spicy and sour Tajin seasoning. If you love sweet and sour, this is definitely worth a try! It costs $4.75.

There is also a new Tangerine Soft-Serve, which is served in a waffle cone for $5.75. This treat was really delicious!

The flavors were very bright and refreshing, and it has a strong tangerine taste. The waffle cone was perfectly crunchy. We think kids and adults alike will really enjoy this ice cream!

Beverages

There are three Flower and Garden Festival-exclusive drinks to try at Refreshment Outpost, including the Tangerine Cream Ale for $10.75. Unfortunately, this drink was not our favorite. The tangerine flavor is very strong, but it was almost too much. The aftertaste was not pleasant, and it stuck around for a while. However, if you enjoy unusual or craft brews, you may want to try this unique flavor!

You can also get the Blueberry Lemonade Hard Cider for $10.75. And don’t forget the Organic Blonde Ale with Passion Fruit for $10.71 as well.

Overall

Basically, if you’re a pineapple or tangerine person, you might want to try out these exclusive festival offerings! We really enjoyed the tangerine soft serve, although the tangerine ale wasn’t our favorite drink.
