It’s no secret that here at DFB, we’re pretty big fans of Disney food.

Some of our absolute favorite snacks to eat in Disney World are Lunch Box Tarts! These sweet treats are a staple at Woody’s Lunch Box in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. And today, we tried a NEW seasonal Lunch Box Tart along with several other new treats Disney released in the parks today — let’s check it out!
Over at Woody’s Lunch Box, you can typically find chocolate hazelnut and raspberry tarts, but they like to throw in a seasonal tart every now and then!

The Banana Fudge Lunch Box Tart has landed on the menu, and we are NOT mad about it. At $4.29, you get a large pastry that could easily be split between two people!

At its core, the tart is a peanut butter and chocolate fudge-stuffed pastry. To top it all off, there’s a banana fondant with banana chips and sprinkles!
We think Jessie would approve.
We thought this was like eating a peanut butter and banana cookie sandwich! The peanut butter flavor is more prominent than the chocolate, so if you’re after a chocolate-forward dessert, this isn’t it!
The filling was so good!
We loved the banana chips on top — they added a much-needed crunch to the snack. There was only a small amount of fondant as well, so it wasn’t too overpowering — but the banana flavor holds its own here against the peanut butter!
Buzz definitely approves.
Fans of peanut butter should consider trying out this tart — but if you’re peanut or banana-averse, we would probably skip it. We’re always looking out for new snacks to review, so be sure to stay tuned to DFB for more!
