The 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be here soon! The festival starts on March 2nd and runs all the way until July 4, 2022.

This year’s festival will feature the return of the Garden Rocks concert series, some fun activities for the whole family, and (of course) lots of tasty treats. We’ve already seen the FULL list of booths released and we know what will be on this year’s Garden Graze! But now, we’ve got the FULL MENUS for every single booth!

For the 2022 festival, we’ll get to enjoy a bunch of new items as well as some returning favorites at the festival’s 18 outdoor kitchens and additional locations!

New Menu Items

At the 2022 festival, there are no new booths, but there are some new menu items! Over at The Citrus Blossom there will be a new Crispy Mojo Marinated Pork Belly, with avocado cream, corn salsa, salsa verde, and plantain chips…

…and a Grapefruit Tart with Grapefruit curd, lychee jam, ginger mousse, and yuzu cream.

At Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina we’ll get a new Mediterranean Flatbread with za’atar, artichokes, olives, mozzarella, and feta cheese!

Over at Cider House you can try the new BLT Scone with Nueske’s applewood-smoked bacon, sundried tomato, and basil. Sounds super interesting!

At La Isla Fresca there will be a new Arepa topped with chorizo and the new non-alcoholic Tropical Breeze drink that will have Lemonade, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

Over at EPCOT Farmers Feast there will be a new Chilled Potato and Leek Soup “Vichyssoise” with chive oil annd crispy leeks and a Char-grilled Bison Ribe-Eye with creamy leek fondue, roasted carnival cauliflower, Romanesco and port wine-goat cheese butter. Both of these will be on the Early Bloom Menu (available March 2 through April 9).

There will also be some new drinks at the Joffrey’s locations around EPCOT. A new Wildberry Wonder Refresher will be at The American Adventure pavilion location. This is a lightly caffeinated blend of wildberry-hibiscus juice with strawberries and blueberries (spirited option available featuring tropical rum).

Over at the location in World Discovery, you can get a Minty Melon Refresher, which is a lightly caffeinated blend of watermelon-cucumber-mint juice with strawberries and blueberries (spirited option available featuring Watermelon-Basil Vodka).

Returning Favorites

If you’re looking for some returning favorites, you’ll find that too! In fact, several of our Best of the Fest picks from the 2021 festival will be BACK and we couldn’t be more excited. First up, is the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade!

Also returning is the Frushi at Hanami in Japan! This is strawberry, pineapple, and cantaloupe wrapped in sweet rice and pink soy wrap served with whipped cream, berry sauce, and toasted coconut.

Returning to Sunshine Griddle are the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with cream cheese frosting and candied bacon!

Also coming back over here are the Shrimp and Grits!

And, coming back to Trowel and Trellis Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE Foods is the Boneless Impossible Korean Short Rib with cilantro-lime rice, Danmuji slaw, and Kimchee Mayonnaise!
