Not only is the 50th Anniversary Celebration still going on with all its snacks, but we also have been nomming on some Valentine’s Day Treats, as well as the “Celebrate Soulfully” foods that have been released in honor of Black History Month. Let’s just say this has been a month of some GOOD eating. But we’re not done yet.
The Polite Pig at Disney Springs (and you know how much we love that place) has recently released its Chef’s Special for the month as part of the Celebrate Soulfully festivities. It’s Soulful Smoked Chicken Thighs made with bone-in chicken thighs, pikliz, and tostones drizzled with avocado aioli.

The dish was created by The Polite Pig’s Sylio Alexandre, so it’s truly one of a kind. It will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to head over there soon!
