A lot of people (including some of us here at DFB!) have fully embraced the work-from-home lifestyle. Although some jobs have returned to in-person workplaces, home offices are becoming more and more common.
An essential part of working from home (in our opinion) is a great soundtrack to work to. Of course we love to have Disney tunes playing in the background as we report the latest news from the parks, and now Disney is coming out with a NEW album that’s perfect for background music or relaxation.
Specifically, Minnie Mouse is coming out with a new album of her favorite Disney songs that have been “reimagined by top LoFi artists.”
It’s Minnie!
In case you’re not familiar with LoFi music, it’s basically easy listening that’s perfect for background sound or to listen to while studying. Originally it meant a lower-quality recording of music, but it’s come to be synonymous with chill, mellow songs. Minnie’s new album is called LoFi Minnie: Focus.
The album cover shows Minnie working from home, and we can’t help but notice that her office has a lot of relatable stuff in it. Adorable pets who want attention while you work? Check. Disney souvenirs filling up the desk? Check. A Powerline vinyl record cover? We can only wish we were cool enough to have one of those.

We’re very excited to give the album a listen when it comes out on all major streaming platforms on March 18th of this year.
