Calling All Bourbon Lovers! This Disney Springs Event Is For You!

In case you haven’t noticed, we’re major Disney foodies! It’s kind of our whole thing. We’re the type of people who have not only tried all the food in Disney World, but we’ve also taken things a step forward by creating our own Disney food hacks!

Yes, we WILL talk about Roasted Bone Marrow for seven hours!

So, you can imagine our excitement when we found out about a foodie event coming to Disney World very soon (like, in the next couple of days soon!). Let’s check out all the details together!

The Edison in Disney Springs, known for delicious treats and crazy cool events, is hosting a Mixology Series in late January and early February! On January 20th & 27th and February 3rd, this special ticketed event will feature two exclusive Maker’s Mark bourbon cocktails and a delicious food pairing along with a collection of desserts. Tickets for this event will be $65/person.

The Edison

On January 20th, you’ll be able to try two cocktails featuring Maker’s Mark 90 called the “Cheeky Boulevardier,” which features Maker’s Mark, Aperol, and Allspice Dram, and “B3,” which features Maker’s Mark, Lime Juice, House Made Blueberry Cordial, and Muddled Basil. These two cocktails will be paired with Wild Salmon Puffs!

On January 27th, the featured bourbon is Maker’s 46, which will be showcased in the “Blackberry Blast,” which has Maker’s 46, Fresh Blackberries, Lillet Rose, Vanilla Syrup, Lime Juice, and Orgeat, and the “Not Your Father’s Peach Tea,” which is made with Maker’s 46 Vanilla Syrup, Peach Bitters, and Black Walnut Bitters. This will be paired with a Maker’s Port Wine Glazed Pork Loin (our mouths are watering already!).

Finally, February 3rd will be the day that celebrates Maker’s 101! The two cocktails are the “Bittersweet Symphony” with Maker’s 101, Aperol, Green Chartreuse, Lemon Juice, and House Made Cinnamon Cordial, and the “Coffee Crumble,” which has Maker’s 101, Cold Brew, Cranberry Juice, Cocoa Infused Ruby Port, and House Made Cinnamon Cordial. These drinks are paired with Gochujang Marinated Tempura Shrimp (Gochujang is a delicious chili-like spice from Korea!).
