Disneyland’s Downtown Disney is making news again with the latest flavors from Salt & Straw, an ice cream shop known for its creative flavors. They are so popular that a new location is set to open at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World!

The fan-favorite scoop shop recently posted on their Instagram that they are debuting FIVE new flavors this January — and we’ve got all the details for you below!

According to Salt & Straw’s Instagram post, the new flavors are inspired by cupcakes. Plant-based readers rejoice because all five new flavors are COMPLETELY VEGAN!

The flavors sound absolutely phenomenal, but wait until you see the photos!

NEW January flavors at Salt & Straw

First up, there’s Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (v), described as having finely shredded carrots and walnut pieces with spice cake and cream cheese frosting:

Next is Petunia’s Rainbow Sprinkled Babycakes (v)(gf), flavored with cake pieces and rainbow sprinkles, with a red strawberry jam:

Then, there is the Coconut Cream Pie with Lemon Curd (v), which has “hunks” of toasted coconut cupcakes, in a coconut ice cream with lemon curd:

For chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Hazelnut Cupcake (v) is probably up your alley! This one’s a chocolate ice cream with hazelnut pieces and vanilla cupcake pieces with a chocolate ganache swirled in:

Lastly, but certainly not least, there is the Renewal Mill’s Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcake (v) — described as a dark chocolate mix that is actually made from soybean flour with salted caramel frosting and fleur-de-sel oat ice cream:
