Disney’s Ultimate Toy Drive Begins Today! Find Out How YOU Can Help!

Today Disney officially kicked off the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive on Good Morning America.

The Disney Ultimate Toy Drive supports the Marine Toys for Tots program with a goal to help kids in need and inspire hope during the holiday season. You can also help donate to support this toy drive, and here’s how!

After more than 70 years of supporting the Marine Toys for Toys program, Disney began the 2021 holiday season with a $500,000 donation for kids in need. A little history lesson here — did you know that in 1947, Walt Disney and his animators designed the Toys for Tots train logo??

So here’s what you can do! Through December 14th, you can be a part of the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive by donating a toy online on shopDisney, or if you happen to be near a Disney Park, you can also donate a new, unwrapped toy at several different locations.

In Disneyland, you’ll find collection bins throughout Downtown Disney, and in Disney World, there are collection bins in several places throughout Disney Springs. The World of Disney store will have bins on both coasts!

Disney hinted at special Disney Ultimate Toy Drive celebrations from other Disney teams, like possibly through the premiere of Hawkeye on Disney+ this November 24th. We’ll be on the lookout for more updates!

Disney is also supporting Make-A-Wish International with The Stepdad, a sequel to last year’s holiday animated short film Lola. Starring the vocals of Gregory Porter singing “Love Runs Deeper,” keep an eye out for lots of Easter eggs in this short film! Not only are there two drawings by Make-A-Wish kids, and there are also TEN hidden Mickeys!
