In addition to their regular menu offerings, Gideon’s often releases limited-time flavors that guests have to act FAST to grab.
When guests step inside Gideon’s Bakehouse, one detail they’re sure to notice is the interesting cast of characters displayed in portraits covering the walls.

Other unique characters have also been debuted by Gideon’s, including the two characters that have inspired their latest limited-time offering, Stuart Valencia and Bonnie Brae!

According to the backstory, Bonnie Brae traveled to Florida in search of Stuart Valencia, and the newest cake slice from Gideon’s is inspired by the tale of their hopeful romance!

The new St. Clements Cake is made with a Lemon Poppyseed Cake surrounded by a fluffy, lightly-flavored Orange Cream Cheese Frosting, with Lemon Chips and Candied Pecans inside! The outside of the cake is covered with a crunchy coating of Chocolate Chips, Candied Pecans, and Candied Orange Peel.
