REVIEW: We Can’t Get Over How Pretty This Shimmery Cocktail is in Disney World!

It’s been one week since Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration kicked off!

Time to celebrate!

There have already been a ton of festivities for the occasion, like a new cavalcade, new ride, new merchandise, and a new fireworks show. Something else that’s keeping the party going is all of the special food items that have been released for the anniversary! We’ve tried a TON of new things, but we just keep finding more and more anniversary items around Disney World, including a sparkly new drink in Disney Springs!

This is the Blueberry Shimmer Bellini! It’s a special for the 50th anniversary and can be found over at the Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Beverage Bar in Disney Springs.

We need it!!

The drink has Blueberry and Pomegranate flavored AHA Sparkling Water, Elderflower Liqueur, Sparkling Rosé, and Lemon Juice.

Isn’t this drink so pretty?! It’s such great color and there’s shimmer throughout the drink, which definitely brings the celebratory vibes!

The major flavors in this bellini are blueberry and the sparkling rosé — it basically tastes like a flavored champagne.

We want all the pretty drinks, please

The drink isn’t really sweet at all, either, so don’t worry about this being too sweet for you! It was actually more on the sour side, probably thanks to that lemon juice.
