Earlier this year, Disneyland Paris unveiled a new Premier Access program, which essentially got rid of the FastPass system there and replaced it with a program that allows guests to pay a little extra to skip the lines at certain attractions. Sounds kinda like Disney Genie+ and pay-per-ride, right?

Premier Access works like this — a guest can choose to pay an upcharge via the Disneyland Paris app to skip the line for each available attraction. Only certain rides have this feature, but those that do cost anywhere from around €8 to €15 (around $9 to $18 USD).
The cost of Premier Access, though, is also subject to surge pricing, which means that it will cost more on days the parks are more crowded and demand is higher. However, it seems like the pricing for Premier Access has actually gone DOWN recently.

L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy
As we mentioned, the previous price for the lowest Premier Access was €8 (around $9 USD). However, that has been lowered to €5 (around $6 USD). This price was available during an off-peak weekday.

The higher price at the same time WAS €15 (around $17 USD) but is now €12 (around $10 USD).

And that seems to be the general price across the board for the higher-priced Premier Access attractions.

This price change comes just after Disney revealed details about Disney Genie+ and Individual Attraction Selection for both Disney World and Disneyland. Disney Genie+ will work similarly to Disneyland’s previous MaxPass system, but Individual Attraction Selection will work a lot like Premier Access at Disneyland Paris. Although we do not yet know what Individual Attraction Selection will cost at either park, we’ll let you know when we find out more.
