Lately, Disney World has been turning all their treats EARidescent in celebration of their 50th Anniversary.

In fact, there are going to be more than 150 new treats and snacks around the Disney World parks in honor of the occasion! Not all of them can be winners, but we’re pretty sure this new treat in Disney’s Hollywood Studios won’t disappoint anyone.

Once you arrive at Hollywood Studios, head over to Echo Lake and find the Epic Eats snack stand. In case you haven’t been before, it’s located over by the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular theatre.

Once you arrive, check the menu for the Glimmer and Shimmer Funnel Cake.

This new treat is very similar to the funnel cakes you’ve always been able to get here, but it’s got a 50th Anniversary twist. It’s a funnel cake topped with cookies crumbles and soft-serve vanilla ice cream, with golden cookies and sprinkles on top.

We love that the dessert is really embracing the glitzy Hollywood theme of its park.

The Glimmer and Shimmer Funnel Cake is basically a fancified version of the Cookies and Cream Funnel Cake that we’ve had at this spot before. The funnel cake itself is perfectly golden and crispy, and there’s a generous serving of ice cream swirled on top!

So Sparkly!

There’s powdered sugar and chocolate sauce over the funnel cake and gold sprinkles tossed over the whole thing. And we love the chocolate-dipped, gold-sprayed Oreos on either side because if something can be made Mickey-themed, it should be made Mickey-themed. 😉

Majestic.

Make sure to bring a friend if you’re gonna eat this treat though — it’s definitely enough to feed a few people!
