Dockside Diner Set to Reopen SOON in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Restaurants are reopening around Disney World like crazy these days.

Tortuga Tavern is open again!

We’ve seen Tortuga Tavern reopen, been back to Columbia Harbour House for a lobster roll, and booked our spot for the reopening of Boma. It looks like the reopenings aren’t slowing down, because a snack spot in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is showing hours for this weekend!

The Dockside Diner in Disney’s Hollywood Studios — located right on Echo Lake — has been closed since Disney reopened last year. As of writing, the Disney World website is showing hours for this coming Sunday, August 22nd!

Dockside Diner is planning to be open from 11AM to 5PM every day, starting August 22nd. In the past, this spot has been home to mac ‘n’ cheese creations, hot dogs, and fun seasonal desserts. The menu for now is showing just beverages, with some specialty alcoholic options as well.

It’s possible that the Diner will continue to update their menu before their set reopening this Sunday, so stay tuned with DFB and we’ll let you know about any updates we see. We will be there to check things out and we will report back with our findings.
