Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is a brand new hotel and experience coming to Disney World in the Spring of 2022!

We recently learned the pricing, more information on dining, and we even got a look at a sample itinerary. After all of that info was released, we polled our readers to see whether or not you all thought the new experience was worth it! Before we get into the poll results, here’s a quick rundown of what you get with your reservation aboard the Galactic Starcruiser!

Standard cabins on this 3-day, 2-night experience have a pretty hefty price tag attached to them, with totals ranging from just below $5000 to $6000! We asked our readers about their thoughts on the pricing, and the answers were all over the board.

Some of the activities featured in this experience are lightsaber training, bridge training, and a special “excursion” to Galaxy’s Edge with a spot on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Rise of the Resistance reserved for you!

The Galactic Starcruiser is also a brand new Disney experience called “Storyliving” which is a type of hotel where there’s a storyline for your stay and you can participate in the action! You can smuggle stowaways, capture starships, and live out your Star Wars fantasies!

The Crown of Cornelia and the Sublight Lounge will provide dining options within this one-of-a-kind experience, including unique (and sometimes weird) offerings like blue shrimp! Plus, dining aboard the Galactic Starcruiser will be complimentary.

But the real question is…what do YOU think? Well, we took a poll over on our Instagram and asked our readers (that’s you!) whether or not they thought the Galactic Starcruiser would be worth it, and 77% of you said NO!

Not a lot of people thought it was worth the price!

Overall, this experience is very different from anything that has been offered at Disney World before and it’s PRICEY. Since the Star Wars hotel revolves around people staying at the hotel instead of visiting the parks, many people aren’t sure about it as well.
