Disney World has been reopening a lot of restaurants and snack spots lately! Recently, we’ve been able to visit newly reopened restaurants such as Citricos and snack spots like Prince Eric’s Village Market.
Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
Today Disney announced they’re adding a few more restaurant reopenings to the Disney World calendar and this one is especially exciting for people who love fireworks!
Disney announced today that Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood will be reopening on August 5, 2021! Toledo is located in the Coronado Springs’ Gran Destino Tower and features dishes inspired by Spain. The restaurant has floor to ceiling windows for an especially beautiful view.

Toledo’s menu includes entree and tapas dishes like Charred Octopus and Manhattan Steak, and the sweeping views high atop the Gran Destino tower can be an excellent setting for fireworks viewing!

Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood reservations will open on July 29, 2021, with the official restaurant reopening set for August 5th. Mark your calendar if you want an early reservation!
