Where to Find Caviar for Only $6.50 at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

The Rotunda Bistro is a new addition to EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival this year!

You can find the Rotunda Bistro in the American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase. We tried all the new dishes and it’s time to discuss!

When you enter the Rotunda Bistro, you will find a number of tables set up in the pavilion. This is a great space to escape the sun and eat in air conditioning!

We did find that it got a bit crowded inside toward the end of the day, so you might need to find a spot to eat outside.

Now let’s take a look at the seafood!

Full Spread

First we tried the Chilled Smoked Shrimp Salad for $6.25. The shrimp was super smoky and the creamy sauce balanced out that smoky taste. It was so good!

We also got the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart with Gruyère and Crème Fraîche for $5. This was our favorite of all three dishes. The cheese was SO good and the tart was nice and flaky. This was a very rich dish.

Finally, there was the Chilled Crab and Avocado Parfait with Caviar for $6.50. We were disappointed that we couldn’t really taste the caviar, though we were hoping it would add some saltiness. There was mint mixed into the parfait that made it really refreshing. The crab was a little sweet, and this dish comes with LOTS of crab!

Although the caviar did not bring much to this dish, the snack is a pretty good price for having such a typically high-priced ingredient in it!

Overall

We really enjoyed all three dishes! The flavors were excellent and it was a great mix of unique eats. We really haven’t seen another festival booth with eats like this one, so it’s worth a visit if you like to try new things.
