What’s this, what’s this? Jack Skellington…at the beach?
We learned today that Disney World will be celebrating the holidays in Magic Kingdom with a new after-hours event, as well as the Christmas Tree Stroll in Disney Springs. We were SO excited to learn that Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion Holiday will be back this year, and today Disney alluded to a possible Disney Halloween in July celebration…with a Nightmare Before Christmas mention?!
Today amid all the new holiday merchandise coming to Disney Parks, Disney hinted at a summer vacation for Jack Skellington, at “Disney’s Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween Town Beach Club.” What…is…this?!
Jack Skellington is apparently going on a summer vacation this July, and there will be “frightfully fun festivities” taking place! Could this be an event or maybe a more summery take on new Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise? Maybe it involves Disney’s Beach Club Resort hotel?
It’s also possible that this “Halloween Town Beach Club” could have something to do with Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park, although we’re not sure how much swimming our favorite Nightmare characters could do.
On top of all of these speculations, it could very well be virtual as well or simply just a merchandise collection. Either way, we’re intrigued, and we’ll be keeping our eyes and ears open for any more updates about this mystery celebration. Do you have any ideas about what this could be? Stay tuned to DFB for all your Disney World news!
