Goat Cheese and Habanero Ice Cream? Here's Where to Find It In Disneyland!

Salt & Straw in the Downtown Disney District in Anaheim has been serving up all sorts of unique ice cream creations! From bugs to apple pie, Salt & Straw is the place to get some creative (and delicious!) ice cream! And not only are these crazy creations delicious, but they’re also local, organic, and sustainably made!

Recently, Salt & Straw announced the return of delicious berry-inspired summer flavors (and don’t worry, there are no bugs in these!).

The first new summer flavor is the Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero⁠⁠ Ice Cream! This is a complex combination of tangy goat cheese, sweet marionberries, and spicy habanero peppers, and is inspired by Portland Creamery’s award-winning Sweet Fire Chevre Ice Cream!

The next new flavor at Salt & Straw is the Birthday Cakes and Blackberries Ice Cream featuring chunks of rainbow sprinkle cake, blackberry jam, and double vanilla ice cream!

For non-dairy and vegan people out there, fear not! The Boysenberry Oatmilk Sherbet is here with strong tangy flavors and smooth sweetness!

With berries foraged from Mt. Baker and simmered into a pie filling, pie crust, and salted vanilla ice cream, the Wild-Foraged Berry Slab Pie Ice Cream is the perfect way to beat the summer heat and enjoy a creative flavor!

Last, but certainly not least, the Besharam’s Yogurt Lassi with Raspberries flavor, created by guest chef Heena Patel from Besharam in San Francisco, features hints of rosewater, cardamom, and cumin seeds that support the tangy yogurt and sweet raspberry jam to make a complex and delicious flavor!
