That’s when the Cannoli Shake debuted at Vivoli il Gelato in Disney Springs! And if you don’t remember, we were BIG fans. Sure, this spot is servin’ up spider-inspired shakes and creative gelato burgers nowadays, but that shake was one-of-a-kind. And now, we’ve got great news!
Vivoli il Gelato’s 6th birthday is coming up, and they’re celebrating with the return of that OG Cannoli Shake! For those of you who’ve never had the chance to try it, this treat is cannoli gelato spun with milk and topped with whipped cream, crushed cannoli shells, pistachios, and chocolate drizzle! There’s also a chocolate pistachio-dipped waffle around the outside (to mimic a cannoli shell — get it?!).

We’re tellin’ you friends — this was a MUST-try in 2018. And we’re excited to see it back! There was a great mix of flavors and textures, and that waffle was perfect for dippin’.
