It’s no secret, we LOVE the gigantic cookies from Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

In addition to the classic favorites on the menu, Gideon’s also offers up a new limited-edition flavor each month. And this month’s cookie includes two of our absolute FAVORITE things!

Say hello to the Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie, the May limited-edition offering at Gideon’s Bakehouse!

The cookie features creamy peanut butter mixed with freshly ground, locally roasted, award-winning espresso bean. It’s topped with chocolate chips and house-made candied peanuts. If you’re really looking for a peanut butter and coffee fix, you can even pair it with the Peanut Butter Cold Brew, a regular on the Gideon’s menu.

The Peanut Butter Espresso Cookie is available for the entire month of May. There’s a limit of two limited-edition cookies per guest, but these flavors do still sell out, so the earlier you get there, the better your chances of snagging one!
