Disney’s Latest DIY Is For Everyone Obsessed With ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’

OK, let’s be real, who isn’t loving The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney+?? Besides the anticipation the cliffhanger ending Avengers: Endgame gave us, we waited months for this series to finally debut.

Yes they are both 10 times cooler than we’ll ever be. We’re fine with it. Really. We are.

If you haven’t had your fill of Sam and Bucky after this month’s jam-packed episodes, runDisney created a new Winter Soldier-inspired DIY that’s sure to give you your superhero fix!

We won’t lie, Bucky’s cybernetic arm is pretty cool. Even though we don’t plan on becoming part-robot any time soon, this new compression sleeve tutorial will get us close, and ready to run in style!

How sleek is that armband?? To make one of your own, you’ll want to start by printing off the template from runDisney, as well as gathering these items:

Supplies

Black Arm Sleeves
White Tracing Pencil
Gold Paint Pen or Fabric Pen

Instructions

Once you have your supplies, it’s time to get tracing! Using the template for inspiration, draw the lines of the armband with your white pencil. Once you’re satisfied with how it looks, go back over it with that beautiful gold!

After it dries, it’s ready to wear! Time to take on some bad guys….or at least that 5K you’ve been training for 😉
