Would You Pay Over $200(!!) For Disney World’s Latest Item?

And while some of this merchandise is relatively inexpensive or pretty “typical” in terms of price, today we found some new items that are QUITE expensive. Would you pay OVER $200 for Disney’s latest merch?

We know the feeling — you think you’ve packed everything you need for your Disney trip. You’ve double and triple checked the list. And then you get to Magic Kingdom, get blinded by the Florida sun and suddenly realize…you forgot your sunglasses. Well, never fear — Disney merchandise is here!

Today, as we walked around Magic Kingdom we found a PRICEY souvenir you could bring home that would solve all of your sunglass woes — NEW Mickey sunglasses from Ray-Ban!

There are two different sunglasses available. They both have the same general design but one has a set of black frames while the other has clear frames. The sunglasses are priced at $219. That’s some serious cash!!

Oh Mickey, You Even Make Sunglasses Magical

What makes these sunglasses so special? Well, they’re from Ray-Ban for starters. They’ve also got Mickey on them, of course! But, it’s a bit more than that. The ones with the clear frames are extra special. Those are actually the first Ray-Ban sunglasses with Mickey that have been released with clear frames (or really frames any color other than black).

What Do You Think of the Clear Frames?

As you can see in some of the photos above and below, the sides of the sunglasses feature images of Mickey Mouse making a whole bunch of different expressions. Oh Mickey, what are you up to?

If you want to snatch up a pair of these sunglasses in Magic Kingdom, you can head over to the Sunglass Hut Island Supply Stand in Adventureland while they’re still available.

Again, they are priced at $219 each. That’s a hefty price for some magical sunglasses, but if you’re in the market for new Ray-Ban sunglasses and want Mickey on them, these might be just the thing for you.
