Alright, folks, it seems like Disney’s Animal Kingdom is seriously stepping up its snack game at the moment.

Expedition Everest!

We recently tried some cotton candy-topped drinks in the park, along with a life-changing macaroon inspired by Expedition Everest. Then, today, we spotted another new treat that we just had to try!

At the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck, you can find snacks like ice cream cones and floats. The newest concoction on the menu is the Yeti Sundae!

The sundae includes chocolate soft-serve topped with vanilla soft-serve, blue cake crumbs, blue sugar, snowflake sprinkles, and a little chocolate yeti topper. All the blue additions really make the sundae POP!

We loved the mix of the soft-serve along with the combo of cake crumbles! The crumbles tasted just like vanilla cake (but dyed blue, of course). They were nice and fresh too.

The blue is super eye-catching!

Although the added decorations make this sundae look interesting, it’s a pretty basic ice cream sundae. That’s why we think anyone who loves ice cream would also love this! And, if you’re an Expedition Everest fan, that’s an added bonus.
