The Space SPORK with a Strange History Is BACK in Disney World

Attention all galactic travelers, we have some MAJOR news for your dining pleasure!

It’s been a long unfolding saga of the spork at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. You might remember the unique metal sporks that were available for use for a short period of time at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Disney World AND in Disneyland. They didn’t last all that long, BUT, guess what? The sporks are BACK in Disney World!

We first saw the unique utensil appear in Disneyland and just about had a field day chowing down on all the food in Batuu with a spork. Sadly, the coveted half fork-half spoon disappeared shortly after due to guests stealing them. But then — huzzah! — they came BACK to the parks with a price tag.

And, much to our surprise, when Batuu opened its ports in Disney World, the spork reappeared at Docking Bay 7. But, east-coasters proved to be equally untrustworthy and a few too many sporks slipped out of the restaurant causing Disney to remove the cool utensils and make us eat like normal people again.

But not for much longer! Disney World is taking a page out of Disneyland’s book and is bringing the spork back for purchase starting TODAY!

That’s right! You can buy the spork and bring it home from Batuu in its own pouch for safekeeping! You can pick one up for yourself in Docking Bay 7 when you place a Mobile Order using the My Disney Experience app. Just select “Cargo” from the menu items!
