Gideon’s Bakehouse made its debut in Disney Springs at the beginning of the year and they’ve established themselves as one buzzworthy bakery!

Maybe it’s the HALF-pound cookies or the GIANT slices of cake. Or, maybe it’s the fact that you can get a TUB of icing and specialty cold brews. It’s really got a LOT going for it. And, one of the best ways to find out what’s baking behind the scenes is to follow Gideon’s on Instagram! We’ve been following along and today we got a peek inside!
If you didn’t know already, today is the last day to try the SUPER limited Chocolate Mint Cookie! This dessert combined a dark chocolate cookie with mint and was topped with LOTS of chocolate chips, green glitter, and salt.
St. Patrick’s Day Cookie
Over on Instagram, Gideon’s shared a peek at the flaming counters today on their Stories and they’re looking rather GREEN! Normally, you can find a red hue to the fire when you visit, but today they were feeling the St. Patrick’s Day vibe. So fun…and honestly, we’re getting Harry Potter vibes.
