Spring break is in full swing so it’s a BUSY week in Disney World.

Animal Kingdom Crowds

We’ve been reporting from the busy parks all week — and it doesn’t look like the month is going to get any slower. Did you know a lot of days are already completely BOOKED? Now, we’re taking a look at the rides with the HIGHEST wait times in all of Disney World!

When we checked at 2:30PM, the longest wait in all of Disney World was for Na’vi River Journey in Disney’s Animal Kingdom with a 105-minute wait. Holy moly!

Na’vi River Journey Line

This boat ride is still only a few years old and with severely limited capacity to keep guests distanced, those waits can get long. We even spotted the queue being routed through a backstage area yesterday! Do note that today we spotted a boat with a new plexiglass addition, so the wait time could soon go down as capacity is able to increase.

In second place was Splash Mountain over in the Magic Kingdom. This popular attraction came in with a wait of 95 minutes. It’s a great ride, but an hour-and-a-half wait seems like a lot. And do remember, there are NO FastPass+ options right now. So everyone is waiting in these spaced-out lines.

Splash Mountain is one of the most popular rides in Disney World and with its impending retheme to a The Princess and the Frog-themed attraction and the fact that it’s 80 degrees in Orlando today, it’s gonna have some looooong lines.

Finally, the third-highest wait in all of Disney World this afternoon was back over in Pandora: The World of Avatar in Animal Kingdom. Yup, it’s Flight of Passage. This very popular attraction had a 90-minute posted wait.

This ride remains the most popular in Animal Kingdom. So, even with the shift to loading every single seat on the attraction, that wait time has stayed LONG.

Now, as always, wait times have been fluctuating but these three have remained high. Others that have occasionally popped into the top three include The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Slinky Dog Dash in Hollywood Studios.

Do note, that sometimes Disney’s wait times aren’t always 100% accurate. Sometimes, you will get lucky and wait a shorter amount of time than what’s listed! We’ll continue reporting from a spring break-time Disney World today and for the rest of the month so stay tuned for all the updates!
