Disney’s Animal Kingdom is just so full of surprises!
It’s so beautiful!
Not only do animals here often surprise us with their antics, but we’ve recently noticed some LATE Valentine’s Day snacks, a literal glow-up for the sidewalks of Pandora, and an amazing sand sculpture dedicated to Raya and the Last Dragon. But today’s trip to Animal Kingdom surprised us with a WHO, rather than a what!
Because we were just walking into DinoLand U.S.A., minding our own business, when a certain familiar dog appeared on the bridge above us. Pluto! What are you doing here?
Wait…is that…Pluto?
This caught us by surprise because we usually only see Pluto on the flotillas during the character cavalcades with Mickey and Minnie.

But we guess he got bored just floating down the river and decided to go hang out with the guests instead!

Seeing Pluto from a distance in a new spot at Animal Kingdom totally made our day! So we hope seeing some photos of him makes your day, too. And if we spot any more surprises, we’ll be sure to let you know!
