The Reason Behind This CRAZY Long Ride Line in Animal Kingdom Today

We’ve seen some LONG lines lately in Disney World.

Pandora

All four parks hit capacity this weekend, and LAST weekend, the double holiday made for some major crowds. But when we passed the line for Na’vi River Journey in Disney’s Animal Kingdom today, we definitely weren’t expecting what we saw.

The line started in Pandora, went across the bridge to Discovery Island, and then went BACK into Pandora! The posted wait time was 60 minutes. The people waiting must REALLY wanna see that Shaman of Song animatronic.

As we walked by, we could see the end of the lines for Na’vi River Journey and Flight of Passage at the same time!

But 60 minutes isn’t THAT unusual of a wait, so why was the line so long? We headed towards the ride to investigate and found our answer: Disney’s hard at work with more bioluminescent painting! Areas that had been recently retouched were fenced off, interfering with the line’s normal path.
