We found another sweet treat we just have to share with you!
Vivoli il Gelato
Disney Springs has lots of snacks to get us in the Valentine’s Day spirit! We’ve seen an Up petit cake, a crunchy cupcake, and more. And a few days ago, we heard about a seasonal treat at Vivoli il Gelato that we had to try.
The Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookie Sandwich (that’s a mouthful) consists of red velvet cheesecake gelato between two red velvet cookies. The cookies have chocolate chunks and nuts for even more flavor!

First of all, this is a pretty hefty portion. The cookies are big and there’s LOTS of gelato sandwiched in there, so it’s a great shareable snack! The taste is sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. We also got a slight strawberry note out of the gelato.

As we ate, we noticed that the gelato melted faster than we could eat it! Luckily, the cookies don’t get soggy. We ended up dipping our cookies in the gelato and it tasted just as good.

If you’re a sucker for sweet flavors, this treat is for you! Between the cookies and gelato, there’s a LOT of them. And while we LOVED this snack, if you aren’t a strawberry or red velvet fan, you may want to opt for something else from Vivoli il Gelato.
