You might remember a few days ago when we reported that Earl of Sandwich in Disney Springs had introduced the Beefy Mac and Cheese Sandwich. Well, now we’re bringing you our review!

Take a look at this hot, beefy, beautiful Beefy Mac and Cheese Sandwich that we spotted today.

There’s something so, so appetizing about meat and mac and cheese mixed together and smushed between toasted bread.

Let’s back up a step before we got lost staring at this beefy beauty. The Beefy Mac and Cheese Sandwich is a limited-time offering at Earl of Sandwich and comes wrapped up nice and tight; making it easy to take to go!

The sammie is pretty simple. It’s lots of roast beef topped with mac and cheese and squished between your choice of wheat or white bread (We got white.). Alright, back to staring!

This sandwich was nice and warm and SUPER cheesy. TBH, we didn’t really taste the roast beef that much even though there is a lot of it. Mac and cheese is the main flavor!

The bread was really nice and was toasted so that it had just the right amount of crunch to the edges, with a soft interior.

One thing to note is that this sammie doesn’t have any sauce which we thought might have plussed it up a little more. Overall though, it was a really fun eat!

There weren’t many downsides to this sandwich except for the fact that it’s pretty heavy! This feels like more of an every-once-in-a-while-as-a-treat kind of sandwich.

Mac and cheese fans will definitely dig this sandwich but you’ll want to steer clear if you’re not a mac lover or don’t like roast beef. Plus, if you’re looking for a fresh sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion, or similar — this is not the sandwich for you.
