Gideon’s Bakehouse, the newest spot in Disney Springs, has FINALLY opened!

Gideon’s Bakehouse shared that it would have a soft opening beginning on December 23rd. We’ve been (im)patiently awaiting this opening for a while now, and we are so thrilled to finally get our hands on these cookies!! One of the things we’ve been most looking forward to following the opening of Gideon’s Bakehouse is its Hot Cookie Hour. Sound intriguing? We thought so, too!
We luckily got to experience Hot Cookie Hour on National Dessert Day at Gideon’s other location in the Orlando East End Market. During Hot Cookie Hour, you can get a warm chocolate chip cookie (they’re huge, by the way) topped with a scoop of homemade ice cream!

The warm, freshly baked Original Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with the Kelly’s Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream makes for a delicious pairing!
Hot Cookie Hour
Look at how that cold ice cream is all melty on that hot cookie! Note that you can only get chocolate chip for Hot Cookie Hour.

Guests can enjoy Hot Cookie Hour each evening from 7PM-8PM over at Gideon’s Bakehouse for $10. If you’re craving something sweet after your dinner at Disney Springs, head on over!
