We are having a wonderful New Year’s Day because PARK HOPPING is BACK, baby!
The Park Hopper ticket option currently allows guests to hop during park hopping hours (after 2PM right now!). We JUST found out that you CAN hop to more than one park each day, and now we know exactly how many you can hop to!
We wanted to make sure we let you know ASAP how many parks you can hop to in one day. So, when 2PM hit today, we left our morning park of Magic Kingdom and tried to get into all four parks as quickly as possible. Spoiler alert: WE DID IT!
We were able to make it from Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, to EPCOT, to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Our Park Hopper tickets let us scan right in at every park without trouble. So, you can visit all four Disney World theme parks in one day using the returned Park Hopper ticket option!
After we’d made it into every park, we made our way back to Magic Kingdom to make sure we’d still have the ability to get back into our original park. And, yep, we walked right back in.
Park Hopper gives you the ability to go to every single Disney World park AND back to your original.

Remember that you still need to have a Disney Park Pass reservation for your first park of the day and you HAVE to use it before you park hop to another park. Plus, park hopping is available based on park capacity. If a park is full, you won’t be able to enter. You can call the capacity number at (407) 560-5000 to find out which parks are available.
If using park to park transportation, Cast Members will scan your ticket to ensure that you have a park hopping ticket. We’ll be answering ALL your Park Hopper questions today and bringing you all the coverage from our experience. Keep an eye on DFB and drop a question in the comments if you’ve got one!
