And we’re not just talkin’ about yummy GELATO creations. Earlier this year, we tried the surprising Mint Cannoli at this Disney Springs treat spot, and we’re happy to say that this mint-meets-cheese concoction has made its way back to the menu!
As a little refresher… the Mint Cannoli is filled with a mint-flavored sweet cream made of ricotta cheese. It’s finished with chocolate chips.

When we first tried it, the Mint Cannoli was finished with chocolate shavings instead, so your mileage may vary. We also found out at the time that you could get each end dipped in crushed pistachio pieces, so you may want to check if that’s still an option, too!
