Not too long ago, we were munching on delicious treats at the Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and now we’ve moved on to holiday delights at the International Festival of the Holidays.

But, in about a month we’ll be enjoying a totally different festival in EPCOT — the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! While we’re excited to hopefully taste and see some of our favorites from previous years, we’re also really excited to try some dishes from a BRAND NEW Food Booth that’ll be joining the festival in 2021.

As if the Disney+ entertainment announcements yesterday weren’t enough already, today Disney announced some exciting park news. A BRAND NEW food booth will be joining the 2021 Festival of the Arts. The booth is called “Vibrante & Vívido Food Studio” (which translates to “Vibrant & Vivid”) and will be located between the France and Morocco pavilions.

On Disney’s Festival of the Arts website, it notes that the booth will have bright, fresh flavors in dishes both savory and sweet. This booth will feature a chilled seafood cocktail with octopus, scallops, shrimp, black garlic aïoli, tomato coconut sauce and serrano lime oil which Disney has said will be mouthwatering and photo-ready. We love a good Insta-worthy treat!

2020 Epcot Festival of the Arts

Disney has also shared that this food studio will also be serving up some Blue Corn Pupusa stuffed with cheese and topped with shredded pork, guajillo and árbol chile sauce, cabbage slaw and aji amarillo crema. YUM. You’ll also be able to enjoy a Passion Fruit Mousse from this booth, and pair your food with an island-inspired smoothie, Pina Colada, or Daiquiri.

We’re looking forward to sampling the treats at this new booth and seeing what other delicious dishes and beautiful artwork will be available at the festival. The Festival of the Arts is currently set to run from January 8th through February 22nd, 2021. So far, we have a list of the booths and some of the items they’ll be offering, but full menus will be released soon, so stay tuned for more updates!
