Rafiki’s Planet Watch is home to the Affection Section where you can get up close and personal with a bunch of cutie-pie goats.

You could visit the goats and other animals when Disney’s Animal Kingdom reopened in July. However, guests couldn’t enter the pen and pet the animals like they could prior to closing. We’ve got an indication that the petting zoo could reopen this weekend!
Disney World’s website now lists operating hours for the Affection Section starting Sunday, November 15th. Prior to the 15th, the calendar states that there are “no times available.” The calendar for the Affection Section’s hours is scheduled up until January 20th, 2021.

The operating hours for the Affection Section are currently scheduled every day between 9:30AM to 5:00PM. Disney has not officially confirmed that the attraction will reopen on Sunday. We’ll continue to monitor the availability calendars for all Disney World attractions!
