On our endless hunt for new deep-fried treats in Disney World, one surefire way to make us fully OBSESSED is by filling doughnuts with gelato, and there’s one sweet shop in Disney Springs making dessert dreams come true!
At this point, we’re convinced Vivoli il Gelato at Disney Springs must be staffed by whimsical Cast Members, because the novelties this scoop shop whips up are ALWAYS mind-blowing!
In addition to the delicious gelato by itself, we’re particularly smitten with the shop’s bombolatos, which are Italian doughnuts split and filled with gelato! No offense to cookies, but doughnut ice cream sandwiches are where it’s at!
