Having a churro from Disneyland is a rite of passage and something everyone should try to do at least once (or many, many times in our case!).

And although much of Disneyland Resort remains closed due to the global health crisis, Downtown Disney is open and they, luckily have churros.
These churros are at the California Churro Co. at Downtown Disney. And we just noticed a favorite flavor has just popped up: pumpkin spice! Of course, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a pumpkin spice churro, but still, we had to give it a try.

The Pumpkin Spice Churro is a plain churro covered in pumpkin spice sugar and served with cream cheese frosting. We’ve previously raved about the pumpkin spice churros at Disney World, so how does the West Coast version fare? Well, long story short, it was pretty yummy!

Although the pumpkin flavor is pretty light, this was a great tasting churro. Also, the cream cheese frosting is the bee’s knees.

Having the cream cheese dipping sauces really compliments the pumpkin spice flavors. The churro is one of the gourmet flavors currently being offered at Downtown Disney for $6.95. We will be on the lookout for more fall foodie finds in Downtown Disney so stay tuned!
