Sip, Savor, & Stay is a modified version of the annual Food and Wine Classic event. This year, the event will be held indoors and with a limited capacity. Along with an overnight stay at the resort, guests will have access to finely curated food, drink, and entertainment! Swan and Dolphin JUST released the full menus for the first two weekends of this delish event! We gotta tell you, this stuff looks GOOD.
Not heading to EPCOT for the Taste of EPCOT Food and Festival? No problem! The Swan and Dolphin has you covered with yummy bites and cocktails. Let’s take a look a the menus for September 19th and September 26th. Do note that some of these items are returning from the Food and Wine Classic.
September 19th: Bubbles Lounge
The Swan and Dolphin described the Bubbles Lounge as “A lounge experience showcasing the finest in sparkling beverages with perfectly paired small bites to complete the experience. Taste the base varietals of traditional Champagne along with various sparkling wine styles from around the world.” So swanky! The food menu consists of dishes like crispy duck confit, pan-roasted sea scallops, and charred Prime Angus beef tri-tips.

The drink menu is where we get all our bubbles! There’s plenty of Cava, sparkling wine, and Champagne Cocktails to go around!

You’ll want to make room for all these decadent delights!
September 26th: Beer Garden
The last Saturday of September will be a “celebration of hops with a variety of ales, lagers, and pilsners served alongside pub favorites.” The pub favorites include hearty dishes like Chef’s Poutine, Wagyu Sloppy Joes, and Bavarian Style Warm Pretzels. Sounds good to us!

Obviously, the beer will be the main attraction on the 26th. You can sip on IPAs, Stouts, and Sours brewed locally to Florida.

The event will take place every Saturday until October 24th. Tickets are available as one-night hotel packages, starting at $295 for two adults. The October 17th Food & Wine Classic which will have extended hours and expanded offerings, starting at $395 for a one-night package. To book call the Swan and Dolphin at 1-888-828-8850.
