News! Test Track Has Been Temporarily Closed for Much of the Day in Disney World

If you’re looking for some thrills in EPCOT, you’ll want to check out Test Track.

While the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster looks like it’s going to be WAY more intense, Test Track still packs a punch and is one of the more popular rides in EPCOT. But, it seems like this attraction has been experiencing a few issues lately.

Yesterday, Test Track had a bit of a delayed opening. There were Cast Members around the attraction letting guests know that it was temporarily unavailable in the morning.

It did, however, open later on in the day. We were informed by a reader around 4:30PM ET yesterday that it was open.

But, it seems like Test Track is experiencing issues again today. Earlier this morning, Test Track was not open. It looks like it was open when we checked at 1:30PM ET, but by around 2:00PM ET it was closed again. We checked around 4:30PM ET and it still appeared to be temporarily closed.

We’re not sure what is causing these issues, but we’ll definitely keep an eye on those wait times in the My Disney Experience app to see if it opens up again later today.

Update: We checked the My Disney Experience app at around 6:00PM ET today and it looks like Test Track is back up with a 15 minute wait! Hooray!
