News! Reopening Dates Announced for Some Disneyland Paris Hotels While One Is Set to Re-Close

Disneyland Paris began its phased reopening on July 15th.

As part of the phased reopening, only certain hotels have been available. Now, it seems things are changing around in terms of which Disney Hotels in Disneyland Paris will be accepting reservations.

Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne in Disneyland Paris reopened on July 20th. According to the Disneyland Paris website, however, on September 30th the hotel will close and remain closed through March 2, 2021. The website advises guests with an existing reservation for this hotel during that time period to look at Disney’s booking and cancellation policies. Those guests are also invited to stay at another one of the Disney Hotels that will be open during that time.

It is unclear what has caused this closure, but guests who want to visit the hotel before it closes still have a little over a month to stay there. Disneyland Paris has also announced that the Disneyland Hotel will be reopening a little bit later this year, with its reopening date now scheduled for December 8th.

Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, on the other hand, is not currently scheduled to reopen until May 1, 2021.

Two of Disneyland Paris’ other hotels — Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch and Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel — remain closed at the moment. Reopening dates have not yet been officially announced for these two locations.

Disney’s Newport Bay Club reopened as part of the phased reopening of Disneyland Paris, and currently remains open. Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe began welcoming guests just recently, on August 3, 2020, and it appears it will remain open at the moment.
