Disney’s Hollywood Studios experienced a few hiccups yesterday!

Rise of the Resistance

Issues surrounding a HUGE lightning strike that occurred the night before potentially played a role in Rise of the Resistance’s temporary shut down yesterday. But we’re happy to report that all systems appear to be normal again this morning!

We noticed Rise of the Resistance was listed as “Temporarily Closed” in the My Disney Experience app along with Muppet*Vision 3D yesterday. But today, Rise of the Resistance isn’t showing up as unavailable in the Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ wait times. The 10AM boarding groups also went out as per usual!  At this time, all 10AM boarding groups have already been distributed, so if you missed your chance, try again at 2PM!

Muppet*Vision 3D (which was available again during the second half of the day yesterday) is also operating as normal today.   The attraction had a 5 minute wait time shortly after Disney’s Hollywood Studios opened.

We’re glad folks who are headed to Disney’s Hollywood Studios will have the opportunity to experience both of these awesome attractions today!
