The EPCOT Transformation seems to be hitting its stride now that the park has been reopened for a while.

Earlier today, we stopped by the front of EPCOT’s to check out the new pylons that have just been installed for World Celebration’s reimagined fountain. But that’s not all the progress that has been made.
Last week we shared a brief look at the construction taking place on the PLAY! Pavilion. Once opened, this spot will be a brand new experience for guests that will be housed entirely inside the former Wonders of Life pavilion. Now, we’re back to take a closer look.
Former Wonders of Life Pavilion
A few months ago, Disney filed permits for work that will take place inside the pavilion. Today, we saw active work taking place outside. As we approached the building, we could see construction workers working on the roof of the structure! They have even removed one of the triangle panels, leaving what looks to be a hole in the building.

Here’s what the Play! Pavilion is supposed to look like once completed.

We can’t wait to enjoy the interactive experiences, games, entertainment, hands-on activities of this “digital metropolis” when it opens. From the info Disney has already shared with us, it looks like it will be a fun spot to hang out and PLAY!
