Disney Is Releasing a CUTE Mickey Plush for the Month of August — and D23 Members Get Early Access!

Mickey is many, many things. That’s why we LOVE this collectible series that celebrates the multifaceted Mouse!

D23 has been celebrating the Year of the Rat (AKA Year of the Mouse) with the release of a monthly collectible Mickey Plush on Amazon! Last month, the Tiki Mickey Plush was a HIT. Now, the August Mickey Plush is about to hit the shelves — and D23 Members get early access!

August’s Mickey is the Captain Mickey Mouse Plush inspired by Mickey’s many stints as a boat captain in his cartoons. We’re especially thinking of one of Mickey’s most famous shorts EVER — “Steamboat Willie.” So, of course, he’s COVERED in nautical detailing and wearing a colorful, gold-buttoned swimsuit.

Captain Mickey Mouse is a high-quality collectors item and he comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a window box to display him in. D23 Members will get early access exclusively on Amazon on Monday, August 10th at 9AM PST. Members can sign in to the D23 website to access a special link for purchase.
