We recently shared a truly heartwarming animated short released by Disney, where our good friend Olaf wants us all to know that he (along with some other very special Disney friends) are with us, even while we’re apart!

Now we can get a glimpse behind the scenes at the making of “I Am With You,” which was created entirely at home!

Josh Gad, the voice of Olaf, shared a video on his Instagram of him recording the song, while explaining the unique process of making this animated short. He says that Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, the incredible writing team behind the songs from the Frozen franchise, “wrote a song about spiritually being together while all of us remain far apart…and reminding everyone that we are all together right now even though we are separated by great distances. I decided to shoot a video of myself singing the song the day I recorded it.”
