You see, we’ve been coming here for years. And while we have a long list of lounges we enjoy sipping the night (and our achy feet from all THAT WALKIN’) away at, the BoardWalk Inn’s Belle Vue holds a special place in our hearts! Every now and then we even find a new surprise on the menu — like the one we stumbled upon today!

In honor of St. Paddy’s Day, the Belle Vue Lounge is currently pouring up their version of a classic cocktail and it’s called a Lucky Grasshopper!

The seasonal cocktail costs $12 and includes Bols Crème De Menthe, Bols Crème De Cacao, and Half & Half.

Ah yes, we’d know that Crème de Menthe green color anywhere! But good looks aside, the Lucky Grasshopper tastes just like an after-dinner mint! The drink is perfectly rich and creamy from the Half & Half while the chocolate and minty liqueurs add just the right hint of sweetness! We’ll take a vat of this stuff!
