The NEW Caramel-Peanut Milk Chocolate Macaron Is Already at the Top of Our Disney California Adventure Food and Wine List!

Not only is the Off the Cob booth is back this year, but it has an entirely NEW MENU! While we were sad to say goodbye to our beloved corn dog nuggets, we were also excited to try something new!

Three new food items have found their way to Off the Cob this year. Starting our roundup is the NEW Mini Chicken Chimis with Chimichurri Corn Pico de Gallo and Chipotle Crema for $8!

We thought the chimis were pretty good. They had a nice flavor to them and were very cilantro-y if you’re a fan of that fresh herb flavor!

Taking the place of last year’s shrimp tacos is the NEW Shrimp and Braised Corn with Chorizo. Shrimp lovers will be glad to hear that a shrimp dish has remained on the menu, but in new fashion! This Gluten-Friendly dish costs $8.25, an excellent value for your Sip and Savor Pass tabs.

This dish really stood out to us for being fun and different. The corn was our favorite part and kinda stole the show! Sorry, shrimp!

For dessert, there is the NEW Mickey-shaped Caramel-Peanut Milk Chocolate Macaron for $6.50.

BEST OF THE FEST ALERT! We have a WINNER! This delicious treat has peanuts and caramel inside a hard shell coasting of chocolate and tastes almost EXACTLY like a Snickers. This one’s NOT to be missed, y’all!

Beverages:

There are two beverage options at Off the Cob this year, and both NEW additions to the Food and Wine Festival! First, the non-alcoholic option is the Farmstand Punch for $6. We thought this one was KILLER — although we’d totally add some rum to ours if we could, just sayin’…

Finally, for those looking for an adult beverage, Off the Cob has the Fields & Orchards with Elderflower and Artichoke Liqueurs for $14. This one was really delicious, too! It kinda tasted like a Fuzzy Navel to us! Really awesome stuff!

Off The Cob is CRUSHIN’ IT at Disney California Adventure’s Food and Wine Festival! Who knows, once we sample the rest of the dishes throughout the Festival, we might be bumping a few more of these items up to BEST of the FEST status when we compile our official list — stay tuned!
